The Reports are easy to use, with page-by-page personal guidance and advice. Some of this content should be used by you to better understand and manage your own behaviour, while other parts of it are useful to share with your line managers, or in job applications, so that they will be aware of how best to place you within their teams.
Including extracts from your Belbin Reports on job applications and in interviews will help you to stand out from the other candidates.

Completed online, the Reports are easy to set up and generate. Your Belbin Report can be ordered online and generated within minutes. All you need to do is complete a quick questionnaire that takes no more than 20 minutes. Your personalised Report will be emailed back to you.
This Report will be based on your own perceptions of yourself. We do also offer you the chance to ask up to six colleagues, if appropriate to do so, to complete a very short questionnaire about you. (We call this the Observer Assessments and it takes them around five minutes.) The information gathered from your colleagues is combined with your own self-assessment to generate a more complete 360-degree Report. We believe in the power of Observer Assessments so much that we include them for free when you buy your Report.
